Rice cake

Banh te is also known as banh rang bua, a popular cake in Bac Ninh, especially in Cho village, Yen Phong district. The cake is meticulously made and carefully prepared from fresh ingredients such as rice flour, dong leaves, wood ear mushrooms, pork, fried onions, green onions, pepper, ... the combination of many spices creates a rich, familiar flavor.
